I'd call it a more modern approach but it's more like a nocking point like that is really old-school on a compound. I much prefer a tied-in D loop to nocking points like you have. The string stop should be touching or just barely off the string, not sitting there with a 1 cm or so gap. I wouldn't put much value on any of those parts, personally.
The arrow rest is mounted backwards, sight is nothing special. Cheap $10 junk release, finger tab (that you wouldn't use for a compound), arm guard (shouldn't be needed), and a pretty cheap looking quiver.
